Frequently asked questions
Can I stay on the free plan forever?+
Yes. Free includes one podcast, 5 guest bookings per month, and one AI brief total. Enough to try the product before upgrading.
What happens when I hit my booking limit?+
New guest bookings pause until the next calendar month or until you upgrade. Existing bookings and your dashboard stay accessible. Nothing is deleted.
What happens during the paid trial?+
Free never needs a card. When you upgrade to Creator, Producer, or Agency, Stripe starts a 7-day trial of that plan and requires a card. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. If you stay, billing starts automatically and you keep the paid limits.
Does annual billing include the free trial?+
Yes. Annual plans still start with a 7-day trial. You're charged the annual amount when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Do guests pay anything?+
Never. Guests book for free on your branded pages. You only pay for your GuestFlow subscription.
Can I list myself so other hosts can find me?+
A public guest directory is on the roadmap and not live on the website yet. Today GuestFlow is host software first: branded booking pages, intake, Brief Engine, and a guest record for your shows. We will announce the directory when it launches.
Do all plans include branded booking pages?+
Yes. Every plan includes a booking page with your show name, colors, and intake. Free and Creator show a small GuestFlow badge. Producer and Agency can hide that badge on booking pages and guest email. Networks that need more than 15 shows can contact us. We set custom limits with you.
Can I switch plans or billing intervals later?+
Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual anytime from Billing in your dashboard. Changes apply on your next billing cycle.
How do downgrades work?+
Downgrade from Billing or the Stripe customer portal. You keep paid features until the current period ends, then limits apply to your new tier.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Invoices and receipts are available in your billing portal.
What's your refund policy?+
Paid plans start with a 7-day trial and require a card. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged. After a paid period starts, we do not refund unused time except where the law requires it. Extra brief credit packs follow the same rules. Details: /conditions-of-sale
