Invite, then intake
Send a branded booking page or a one-guest link. They pick a slot in their timezone. Intake asks what you care about, and answers land on the guest record.

Brief Engine
The Brief Engine searches the public web for their appearances, flags reused stories when it finds them, and writes questions that still look unasked. If the public record is thin, it says so and works from intake.

Record, then publish
Confirmation includes the join details you set. Zoom and Google Meet can create a unique link per booking. Riverside, SquadCast, StreamYard, and the rest use the studio URL or address you paste.

FAQ

Common questions

What happens during the paid trial?+

Free never needs a card. When you upgrade to Creator, Producer, or Agency, Stripe starts a 7-day trial of that plan and requires a card. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. If you stay, billing starts automatically and you keep the paid limits.

What happens when I hit my booking limit?+

New guest bookings pause until the next calendar month or until you upgrade. Existing bookings and your dashboard stay accessible. Nothing is deleted.

Do guests pay anything?+

Never. Guests book for free on your branded pages. You only pay for your GuestFlow subscription.

Can I list myself so other hosts can find me?+

A public guest directory is on the roadmap and not live on the website yet. Today GuestFlow is host software first: branded booking pages, intake, Brief Engine, and a guest record for your shows. We will announce the directory when it launches.

Can I switch plans or billing intervals later?+

Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual anytime from Billing in your dashboard. Changes apply on your next billing cycle.

Can I stay on the free plan forever?+

Yes. Free includes one podcast, 5 guest bookings per month, and one AI brief total. Enough to try the product before upgrading.
